Our service is discreet, authentic, modern and tailored to suit the needs of our prospective guests, providing a supplement to our entire offer.
The pillar of our honest and sincere services is our Concierge Service, we want to integrate this service from the luxury hotel sector into our contemporary concept, without it being apparent. We want to give our guests the freedom to feel at home with us, and to avail of our services if they need or want to. We do not want to be compelled to provide extravagant numbers of staff and services, thereby sullying the ambience in the Platzhirsch. Our aim is to cater for the individual needs of our guests, providing ‘distance and proximity’ – among other things, with state-of-the-art communication and safety technologies.
