Every Friday and Saturday evening the Platzhirsch transforms into a stage for our young professionals, who seize the chance and show their talents and passion for culinary highlights during our "casual fine dining" evening. The concept "talent academy" not only represents extraordinary culinary experiences but also innovation and a fresh take on the restaurant scene in and around Kufstein.
